Do where shoes & attire that are comfortable for the long journey.
1. Do you provide us any bicycles? a. Yes, we only provide single seat bicycles for this event.
2. Can i still join if i can't cycle? a. No, we do not provide any two seat bicycles and you are advised to have a good bicycle handling skills.
3. What does our registration fee consist of? a. Bicycle rental fee b. Insurance c. Refreshment
4. Can i bring my own bicycle? a. No, participants are only allowed to use the bicycles provided by the organizing committee.
5. What if it rains? What do i need to bring? a. We will provide participants with ponchos and then make our way to the nearest shelter for wet weather programmes.
6. Do we have insurance covered for this event? a. Yes, we will purchase insurance for all cyclists.
7. Is there any transportation provided from east coast park back to home? a. No, but we will provide vehicle transportation from East Coast Park to Almukminin Mosque
8. Any food provided during the course of cycling? a. Yes, we will provide refreshments during the course of cycling. Participants are strongly advised to have a good dinner before making their way down to the mosque for registration.
Rules and Regulations
1. All participants must abide by the rules and regulations set by the organizing committee and the committee reserve the right to bar any participants who violates these rules.
2. All participants must abide by the instructions given by the instructors/facilitators and committee during the course of the event.
3. All participants must have reasonable good bicycle handling.
4. All participants must be mindful of the safety aspect during the course of cycling.
5. All participants must be sufficiently fit physically to complete the route.
6. All participants must use the bicycle provided for the event.
7. For safety reasons, all participants are to be properly attired. Please avoid wearing shorts and slippers or sandals.
8. Any withdrawal before the start of the event would not entitle the participant of any refund. The committee reserves the right to review it on a case by case basis.
9. Only participants officially registered for this event may ride on the route prepared by the organisers.
10. No friends or family members unregistered may ride on any portion of the route together with the registered participants.
11. In the case of a wet weather circumstances, the committee has the right to make decisions as to whether the cycle continues. It is important to keep participants safe during the event.
12. Cyclists are to keep to the left side of the road in a single file and are reminded to observe traffic rules at all times.
